Dialogue in the Dark Part 4 : Travel in the Dark and Cafe

Once everyone got on board, Arm said, "We will take all of us to Siam Paragon to enjoy a few drinks. While we sit on the Tuk Tuk, please do not take your hands, arms or any part of your body outside the vehicle."
He paused a little, "Or we may not be only blind."
My daughter laughed at his joke, "Ha Ha."
Everyone laughed after her, not at the joke but probably at her sense of humor laughing.  Her laughed sounded just like the words.
After giving us warning, He shouted to the driver, "We can take off now, bro."
The car started engine. We felt it was shaking and took off quickly. We felt wind blow to our faces. Arm had took his position to narrate the scence along the road as we all sat tight.
"Faster faster, bro" Arm instructed the driver. "Or we will not be there in time. We are passing a bus."
Suddenly, we felt the car moved to our left and then right. The car stopped immediately. We hang on tight to the rail on our side. "How did you get your license? You should not drive like that." Arm shouted at the bus driver. He made us feeling like an adventure on the road. "Don't be afraid. Our driver has lots of experiences. He just got his license yesterday and starts working this morning. Our trip is his second trip already."

My daughter laughed again at his joke, "Ha Ha."
I was afraid that she was the only one who could laugh now. Everyone else was very quiet. All hands on the rail.

Arm turned to the driver and said, "Go on, bro. Or we can't catch up with the cafe. It is almost time to close." The car accelerated faster and faster. "Don't stop, bro", Arm continues, "We must beat that traffic light. It is turning red." The car kept going faster and faster, moving to our left and right all the time.

After a while, we felt some drizzle on our faces. It was raining. I hold to my daughter to protect her from getting wet. The car continued with Arm's narration on the scence as we passed. It must have been the most dangerous trip we ever took. Just like bus No.8, if you ever took one in Bangkok, you know what I mean. The car slowed down finally and stopped. Everyone sighed almost immediately. Arm shouted towards the driver, "Thanks a lot, bro."

He then turned to us, "We now arrived at Siam Paragon. We will all get off the car on our left. Take it easy. Once we are off the car, please walk to your right and towards my voice. Hope that all of you enjoy the trip."

My daughter laughed again, "Ha Ha."
Everyone could now laughed. At least one of us enjoyed the drive.
Please don't get so excited that you don't want to experience Dialogue in the Dark. I just make up some stuffs in my story and still want all of you to try. Just like a theme park for the blinds, that is it. Ha Ha.

Then Arm took all of us from the car and walked along the wall. We got more and more familiar with the wall guiding way. We did not walk and stumbled into each other. We were walking with more confidence.
Arm yelled, "Hey, who is this? Did I not tell you to keep to your left. Why are you walking on your right? This is not good." He scolded one girl who just walked out of line and blocked his way.

Arm explained to us, "Don't you notice why I told you to walk left or right? That is because I know exactly where you are and I walk the other side without stumbling in to you. Now you undertand that the blinds must know where things are, but not with their eyes. They know where things are because they arrange things for themselves so that they can see with their mind."

And now we undertood after we were scolded a little. Ha Ha. I was laughing quietly to myself.
Arm took us into a room and stopped at a counter bar. "Well now we are at a food stall and I would like everyone to meet Mr. Kwan, who owns this shop."
Kwan said, "Hello every one."
Everyone replies, "Hello."
"Would you like something to drink? I have soda. I also have pocky, sugus, oreo, fisso." He continued with what he had to offer us. He also gave prices for the list. We asked for what we wanted and gave him money. He took our order and took money and make changes. He made everyting just like we did when we had light. We didn't feel that Kwan was blind. But how could he see things in the Dark?

When we got our order, Arm took us to sit on a couch. We took our food and drinks and we share among us. We felt that we were good friends for a long long time.

"Well this will be our last stop. We will talk and discuss our experiences in the Dark. If you have any question, feel free to ask me."

Jib was first to ask, "Are you blind?"
Arm replied, "Please wait for the next part. It will be the last of this series. Ha Ha. I hope you are not bored with the story."
